Abstract

A holster (1) with restraining strap (2) for a weapon held therein, made in one single piece and pivotally connected to two opposite side edges (1a) thereof bordering an opening through which the weapon is inserted or extracted therefrom. The strap can be displaced angularly between a locked position and a release position and can be attached reversibly to an element (7) extending from one side of the holster when it is in said locked position. The ends of the strap are connected to respective edges of the holster through elastic means (6) which are loaded when the strap is in the locked position, whereby the disengagement of the strap from the element (7) causes its automatic angular displacement towards the release position. <IMAGE>

La presente innovazione ha per oggetto una fondina per custodire un’arma quale una pistola, dotata di un laccio di ritegno che costituisce una sicurezza, eventualmente, supplementare contro la fuoriuscita accidentale o non autorizzata dell’arma. Una fondina di tipo tradizionale è una custodia in materiali vari (dal cuoio alla plastica) destinata a contenere la pistola e dotata di mezzi di bloccaggio atti ad impedire che la pistola possa accidentalmente fuoriuscire dalla fondina o che possa essere inavvertitamente estratta da persona non autorizzata. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Holster with retaining strap of a weapon kept within it, made in one piece and rotatably connected to two opposite side flaps of it delimiting an opening through which the weapon is inserted or extracted from it, called snare being angularly displaceable between a locking position and an unlocking position and being characterized in that it can be reversibly fixed to an element extending from one side of said holster when it is in said locked position, the ends of said lace being connected to the respective flaps of said holster through elastic means which are loaded when said lace is in said lock position, whereby the release of said launch from said element causes its automatic angular displacement towards said release position.

2. Holster according to claim 1, wherein said elastic means comprise a helical element coaxial to the axis of rotation of said lace, the ends of said helical element being angularly offset and integral respectively to one end of said lace and to the corresponding flap of said holster.

3. A holster according to claim 2, wherein said ends of said helical element extend respectively in the axial and tangential direction thereof.

4. Holster according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the ends of said lace are interposed between the flaps of said holster and respective plates for supporting respective pins to which said ends are rotatably connected.

5. A holster according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said plates have a pocket-shaped portion open at the top and front, the ends of said lace being arranged within said pocket portions.

6. Holster according to any of the preceding claims, in which the element to which said lace can be fixed in its locking position is a tab extending from the upper edge of the pocket portion of one of said plates.

7. A holster according to claim 6, wherein reversible connection means are provided between said lace and said tab.

8. A holster according to claim 7, wherein said reversible connection means are constituted by a snap or press stud or by a pin.

9. Holster with retaining strap substantially as described above and illustrated with reference to the attached drawings.
