La presente invenzione s'inquadra nel settore dell’estrusione e dei profili estrusi e si riferisce ad un dispositivo e ad un metodo per la realizzazione di un profilo rinforzato ed al profilo così ottenuto, particolarmente adatto alla realizzazione di infissi, imposte, persiane profili strutturali, parti di mobili ed arredi e simili.
