La presente invenzione riguarda il settore delle macchine per lavorazioni di rifinitura di precisione; e più particolarmente si riferisce ad un metodo e dispositivo per il controllo continuo della spinta applicata sui pezzi in lavorazione in una macchina lappatrice a doppio plateau. The present invention relates to the sector of precision finishing machines; and more particularly it refers to a method and device for the continuous control of the thrust applied on the workpieces in a double plateau lapping machine.
Come è ben noto agli esperti del ramo, nelle lavorazioni di tappatura riveste particolare importanza il tener conto del progressivo alleggerimento del plateau superiore, dovuto all'usura del plateau stesso. Questo alleggerimento può determinare una variazione della spinta che viene esercitata sui pezzi in lavorazione, e quindi compromettere la esatta riuscita della lavorazione stessa. Ovviamente, questa circostanza sfavorevole è tanto più dannosa agli effetti qualitativi, quanto più è elevato il grado di precisione richiesto nella operazione di tappatura. A parte la complessità costruttiva, questo sistema idraulico comporta anche inconvenienti di natura funzionale, quali la scarsa prontezza di risposta, la necessità di ripresa dei giochi, ecc,, e non riesce a compensare la pressione operativa del plateau quando la differenza di pressione è inferiore ad un certo limite. Scopo dell'invenzione è quello di realizzare un metodo ed un dispositivo che consentono di controllare costantemente la posizione del plateau, e quindi la pressione o spinta operativa del plateau stesso, per differenze anche molto piccole, dell’ordine di 1 Kg, che corrisponde a circa 1/100 del peso del plateau superiore. Con il riferimento alla fig.1, il numero 1 sta ad indicare il plateau superiore della lappatrice. Detto plateau è soggetto ad una rotazione attorno al proprio asse per effettuare la operazione di tappatura in cooperazione con il plateau inferiore, non illustrato perchè non rientra nell'invenzione. Oltre al moto rotatorio, il plateau 1 si può spostare assialmente per applicare la pressione di lappatura P (in DecaNewton) ai pezzi in lavorazione. Detto spostamento assiale avviene mediante una trasmissione meccanica micrometrica, ad opera della vite a ricircolazione di sfere 2 impegnata nella chiocciola 3. Quest'ultima è portata dalla intelaiatura fissa 4A della macchina, e riceve il moto rotatorio da un servomotore 7 a commutazione elettronica (brushless) come si vedrà meglio nel seguito. Il servomotore 7. al disopra della cella di carico 5 e concentricamente alla medesima, reca l'albero motore 11 collegato mediante la chiavetta 12 con l'albero cavo 13 nel quale sono ricavate due asole longitudinali 14 diametricalmente opposte. Nelle dette asole scorrono i rullini 15 portati dalla spina di traino 16 solidale con la vite a ricircolazione di sfere 2, collegata con la chiocciola 3, già descritta in figura 1. La rotazione dell'albero cavo 13 si traduce in una corrispondente rotazione della vite 2 e della chiocciola 3, la quale a sua volta determina lo scorrimento assiale dell'albero 18, all'estremo inferiore del quale è fissato il plateau 1. Contemporaneamente, il plateau 1 ruota attorno all'asse geometrico H dell'albero 18, ad opera di una cinghia dentata 19 che fa presa su una puleggia 20 solidale con la colonna rotante 21 , situata all'interno del soffietto elastico 23 montato tra il carter 22 ed il plateau 1.
