Uno zaino comprende, in modo per s? noto, un corpo cavo di materiale flessibile con la funzione di involucro per oggetti da trasportare, al quale sono fissati elementi di ritegno che costituiscono un?imbracatura per permettere ad un utilizzatore di trasportarlo, la quale imbracatura comprende una coppia di spallacci destinati a circondare le spalle dell'utilizzatore. L'imbracatura pu? anche comprendere una cintura lombare atta a circondare la vita dell'utilizzatore. Grazie a queste caratteristiche, lo zaino dell'invenzione risulta particolarmente confortevole per l'utilizzatore in quanto gli spallacci sottoposti a trazione per effetto del carico trasportato si dilatano trasversalmente a seguito della loro struttura auxetica riducendo la pressione localizzata in corrispondenza delle spalle dell'utilizzatore, e a seguito della dilatazione delle celle cave del reticolo di aperture passanti dell'anima e della presenza del rivestimento esterno almeno parzialmente poroso o conformato a rete, favoriscono la traspirazione dell'utilizzatore e limitano considerevolmente il ristagno di sudore. Inoltre, grazie al fatto che la guaina degli spallacci presenta un'elasticit? ridotta rispetto a quella dell'anima, e al fatto che l'anima e la guaina sono rese solidali dal loro fissaggio reciproco in almeno una zona intermedia della loro estensione longitudinale, l'effetto di rimbalzo dello zaino dovuto alla successione dei passi dell'utilizzatore viene sostanzialmente annullato. Claims

1. Backpack comprising a hollow body (12) of substantially flexible material with the function of a casing for containing objects, from which extends a harness (14) for its connection to a user, which harness (14) comprises a pair of elongated shoulder straps (16) having auxetic properties, the opposite longitudinal ends of which are suitable for being fixed to said hollow body (12),

characterised in that the shoulder straps (16) comprise a core (18) of substantially elastic expanded plastic material in which a network of through openings (20) is formed consisting of hollow cells having a predetermined shape and presenting a plurality of edges, which core (18) is inserted internally into a covering sheath (22) which is at least partially porous or shaped like a net and has a reduced elasticity compared to that of the core (18), said core (18) and said sheath (22) being connected by reciprocal fixing means (24) in correspondence with at least an intermediate zone of their longitudinal extension in order to keep them integral with each other and to limit the longitudinal expansion and contraction of the core (18) with respect to the sheath (22).

2. Backpack according to claim 1, characterised in that the core (18) of the shoulder straps (16) has a substantially laminar shape with opposite longitudinal edges having an at least partially jagged profile defined by a succession of recesses (19) in correspondence with a series of said through openings (20) adjacent to said longitudinal edges.

3. Backpack according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that said core (18) is free of through openings (20) in an area close to its opposite longitudinal ends suitable for being fixed to said hollow body (12).

Backpack according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that an internal side of the covering sheath (22) of the shoulder straps (16), intended to be facing the user when using the backpack (10), is perforated or shaped like a mesh (22a), and the opposite external side of said sheath (22) comprises at least one portion of fabric (22b) and at least one perforated or shaped like a mesh (22a).

5. Backpack according to claim 4, characterised in that said external side of the covering sheath (22) of the shoulder straps (16) comprises a pair of end portions of fabric (22b) between which is interposed an intermediate perforated or mesh-shaped portion (22a).

6. Backpack according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that an end portion of fabric (22b) of each shoulder strap (16) intended to be connected to the top part of the backpack (10), has a porous structure defined by a series of small through holes (22c).

A backpack according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it comprises a lumbar belt (26) which includes two substantially symmetrical lateral portions (26a, 26b), each of which has a first end fixed to said hollow body (12) and a second end which can be adjusted to the corresponding end of the other portion in order to adapt to the user's waist, both said lumbar belt portions (26a, 26b) comprising a core (18a) of substantially elastic expanded plastic material in which a network of through openings (20) is formed, consisting of hollow cells having a predetermined shape and having a plurality of edges, which core (18a) is inserted internally into a relative covering sheath (23) which is at least partially porous or net-shaped and has an elasticity of 1.5 mm. reduced compared to that of the soul (18a) of said portions of the lumbar belt (26a, 26b).

Backpack according to claim 7, characterised in that the covering sheath (23) of each portion of the lumbar belt (26a, 26b) has an internal side, intended to be facing the user when using the backpack (10), shaped like a net or perforated (23a), and an external side, opposite to the internal side, which comprises at least one portion of fabric (23b) and at least one portion shaped like a net or perforated (23a).

9. Backpack according to claim 8, characterised in that the external side of the covering sheath (23) of each portion of the lumbar belt (26a, 26b) comprises at least one pair of end portions of fabric (23b) between which an intermediate portion shaped like a net (23a) is placed.

Backpack according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the core (18a) of each portion of the lumbar belt (26a, 26b) has a substantially laminar shape with the opposite longitudinal edges having an at least partially jagged profile defined by a succession of recesses (19) in correspondence with a series of said through openings (20) adjacent to said longitudinal edges.

11. Backpack according to claim 10, characterised in that the core (18a) of each portion of the lumbar belt (26a, 26b) is free of through openings (20) in an area close to its opposite longitudinal ends.
