Claims

CLAIMS 1. Eye protection device of the visor type, comprising: - a screen 2 which? protective and transparent and having relative dimensions suitable for protecting the face of an operator; a third and a fourth edge 5, 6, 7, 8; a first side 3 and a second side 4 opposite to said first side 3, both circumscribed by said first, second, third and fourth edges 5, 6, 7, 8, in which when the screen 2 is positioned in front of the face of a user 18 with the first edge 5 arranged at the top and with the first side 3 of the screen 2 facing the face, the second and third edges 8 are arranged respectively to the right and to the left with respect to the user 18, and a fixing portion 9 of the first side 3 which? proximal to the first edge 5? positioned opposite to the front of the user 18 with a first region of the fixing portion 9 disposed to the right, a second central region of the fixing portion 9 arranged centrally and a relative third region of the fixing portion 9 disposed to the left, with respect to said user 18; - a spacer element 11 fixed to the fixing portion 9 of the screen 2 to distance the screen 2 from the forehead when the protection device 1 is worn; - a strip 40 having a first end and a second extremity? which are longitudinal, wherein said strip 40? elastically deformable in a direction that goes from the first extremity? at the second extremity, and vice versa; - adhesive media 91, 102, characterized in that said protective screen 2 comprises a first hole 9 which? passing and proximal to the second edge 6 of the screen 2 and a second hole 10 which? passing through and proximal to the third edge 8 of the shield 2, in which said first and second holes 9, 10 are intended to be arranged laterally, on opposite sides, to the eyes of the user 18 wearing the protection device, in which the strip 40 it passes through the first and second hole 10 and has a relative first part 41 which surrounds the first side 3 of the screen, from the second 6 to the third edge 8 of the screen, and with the first extremity? of the strip 40 which? fixed by adhesive to the first region of the fixing portion 9 of the screen 2; an intermediate portion of the strip 40? fixed by means of adhesive, in correspondence with the third region of the fixing portion 9 of the screen, 2; in which a fixing side of the spacer element 11? fixed to the fixing portion 9, preferably further adhesive, in which between said fixing side and the fixing portion 9 are interposed: the first end? of strip 40, what? fixed to the first region of the fixing potion; said intermediate portion of the strip 40, which? to the third region of the fixing potion, and the second extremity? of the strip 40 which? arranged in correspondence with the first region of the fixing portion 9; and in which the spacer element 11? surrounded by a further part 42 of the strip 40 which goes from the relative intermediate portion to the relative second end.

2. Eye protection device according to the preceding claim in which said first 9 and second through hole 10 have their relative largest dimension arranged parallel to the second and third edges 8 of the screen 2.

3. Eye protection device according to the preceding claim in which said first and second holes 9, 10 are substantially rectangular with dimensions of 4-6 mm and 35-45 mm.

4. Eye protection device according to any preceding claim wherein said screen 2? made from a flexible sheet capable of assuming a conformation in which the relative cross-section? shaped like an oval arch.

5. Eye protection device where the first side 3 of the screen 2? anti-fog.

6. Eye protection device in which the strip 40 is made up of two or more? separate or integral pieces.

7. Method of manufacturing an eye protection device in accordance with the preceding claims, comprising the following steps: - providing a transparent protective screen 2 having relative dimensions suitable for protecting the face of an operator; relative first, second, third and fourth edges 5, 6, 7, 8; a relative first side 3 and a relative second side 4 opposite to said first side 3, both circumscribed by said first, second, third and fourth edges 5, 6, 7, 8; a first hole 9 which? passing and proximal to said second edge 6 and a second hole 10 which? passing and proximal to said third edge 8, in which by positioning the screen 2 in front of the face of a user 18 with the first edge 5 arranged upward and with the first side 3 of the screen 2 facing away from said face, the second and third edges 8 they are arranged, respectively to the right and to the left, with respect to the user 18, the first and second holes 10 are arranged laterally, on opposite sides, in the eyes of the user 18; a fixing portion 9 of the first side 3 which? proximal to the first edge 5? positioned opposite to the front of the user 18 with a first region of the fixing portion 9 disposed to the right, a second central region of the fixing portion 9 arranged centrally and a relative third region of the fixing portion 9 disposed to the left, with respect to said user 18; - providing a spacer element 11 to distance the screen 2 from the forehead when the device is worn; - preparing a strip 40 having a first end and a second extremity? which are longitudinal, wherein said strip 40? elastically deformable in a direction that goes from the first extremity? at the second end? and viceversa; - prepare a first, a second and a third double-sided adhesive means; - providing a first 91, a second 102 and a third double-sided adhesive means; - making the first and second hole 10 pass through by the strip 40 to arrange the strip 40 with a relative first part 41 which surrounds the first side 3 of the screen 2 and with the first and second ends; of the strip located on the part of the first side 3 of the screen 2, - place the first extremity? of the strip to the screen; - positioning an intermediate portion of the strip in correspondence with the third region of the fixing portion 9 of the screen; - fixing a fixing side of the spacer element to the fixing portion 9 by means of an adhesive means interposing between said fixing side and the fixing portion 9: said first end, which is positioned in correspondence with the first region of the fixing position; said intermediate portion of the strip, which? positioned in correspondence with the third region of the fixing portion 9, and the second end? of the strip is arranged in correspondence with the first region of the fixing portion 9 while the spacer element? surrounded by a further part of the strip 42 which goes from the relative intermediate portion to the relative second end.

8. Production method according to claim 7, wherein the step of preparing the screen 2 also includes the treatment of the first side 3 of the screen 2 to make it anti-fog and / or anti-scratch.

Production method according to claims 7 or 8, in which the step of fixing the first end? of the strip 40 to the first region of the fixing portion 9 of the screen 2 by means of the first double-sided adhesive means can? be prior to the step of crossing the strip 40 of the first and second hole 10 and said crossing step comprises making the first hole 9 pass through the second end. of the strip 40 by inserting it from the first side 3 of the screen, make the screen surround by said first part 41 of the strip 40, from the second 6 to the third edge 8 of the screen, and make the second hole 10 pass through at the second end? of the strip 40 by inserting it from the second side 4 of the screen 2.
