The present invention may also take different forms and aspects from what was previously illustrated and described, without prejudice to its essential characteristics, provided that everything falls within the scope of the attached claims.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC OPENING / CLOSING OF UMBRELLAS, of the type that provides for an electric motor (9) through which one acts on a spool system (25) which provides a wire (4) connected to the frame of the cover, which determines its opening and closing, said device being characterized in that a device (40) is housed in the reel (25), advantageously constituted by a magnet, the position of which can be detected by means of a first sensor (26), capable of accurately determining the number of revolutions completed by said reel, a memory being provided permanent electronics of the positions of maximum output and entry of the wire (4) in the spool (25), it being also provided that the limit switches predetermined during the installation phase of the device are placed in said two positions of the wire (4) in the spool (25), a second sensor (50) being also provided for detecting the number of revolutions of the electric motor (9).

2. DEVICE, according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the two sensors (26, 50) is of the Hall effect type.

DEVICE, according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the spool (25) is housed in a seat (51) consisting of a cylindrical cavity, its internal surface, which is positioned in correspondence with the surface of the spool (25), has ribs (52) intended to come into contact with the wire (4) wound in said spool (25), when the wire (4) is partially or totally wound on the spool (25) itself.

DEVICE, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electric motor (9) is part of a structure which constitutes a gearmotor with a plurality of toothed wheels (12, 24) for transmitting the motion imparted by the electric motor (9) to the sprocket (25), which is made in a single element with the last toothed wheel (25 ') of the motion reducer chain.

DEVICE, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the entire gearmotor, as well as the seat of the spool (25) around which the wire (4) that moves the umbrella cover and the electronic board is wound (1) of command and control, are placed in a casing made up of two half-shells (19, 20) which, once approached and mutually closed, make their contents inaccessible and protected.

6. DEVICE according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electric motor (9) is powered by a rechargeable cell battery (5).

7. DEVICE, according to claims 5 and 6, characterized by the fact that the primary battery (5) is recharged by means of a photovoltaic cell (27) integral with the casing.

DEVICE, according to one or more of claims 5 to 7, characterized by the fact that in the housing there is a seasonal switch (6), which can be operated by means of a special control cam to disconnect the batteries (5) from the electric motor (9), completely eliminating energy consumption when said switch (6) is operated.

9. DEVICE, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact of providing an electronic card (1), equipped with a radio transceiver, capable of constituting a bidirectional communication network with a control unit that generates its own independent and connectable wifi network both to the manager's management system and to the Internet, making this device advantageously controllable via a special App.
