Abstract

Un dispositivo (K) per rilevare la presenza di un contenitore per alimenti (11), quale una pentola, una pirofila o similare, posto in corrispondenza di almeno un elemento riscaldante (3, 4) di un piano di cottura in vetroceramica (1) comprende mezzi elettricamente conduttori (18, 21) alimentati con segnali elettrici identici ma in opposizione di fase, tra tali mezzi essendo interposti mezzi rilevatori (19) percorsi da segnali elettrici, detti mezzi conduttori e rilevatori (18, 21, 19) essendo disposti in corrispondenza di una zona di cottura (2) del piano in vetroceramica (1) ove è posto l'elemento riscaldante (3, 4), i segnali dei mezzi rilevatori (19) variando in funzione della presenza o dell'assenza del contenitore per alimenti (11) sul piano di cottura, essendo previsti mezzi di controllo e di comando (37) per rilevare la variazione di detti segnali ed atti ad intervenire sul funzionamento dell'elemento riscaldante (3, 4).
