Abstract

Trattasi di un dispositivo statico per pulitura meccanica della vergella (2) nelle linee (3) di trafilatura di fili di acciaio, comprendente una pressa (9) avente una pluralità di elementi (11) operatori a piastra contrapposti, alternati e disposti bilateralmente alla vergella (2), nonché reciprocamente mobili in guida (12) l'uno verso l'altro trasversalmente alla direzione di trafilatura su attivazione di relativi mezzi (13) di azionamento. Gli elementi (11) operatori sono conformati in modo da risultare mutuamente compenentrantisi comprimendo e trattenendo, sulla vergella (2) avanzante lungo la linea (3) di trafilatura, uno strato (16) di lana d'acciaio, ad essi interposto, atto ad asportare dalla vergella (2) le parti di ossido residue da precedenti operazioni di pulitura. (Fig. 1)
