Abstract

Il presente trovato ha come oggetto una protesi totale di ginocchio, caratterizzata dal fatto di comprendere: una componente femorale, fissabile all'estremità distale del femore e presentante due porzioni, ad andamento curvo, aventi funzioni di condilo mediale e di condilo laterale, una componente tibiale, fissabile all'estremità prossimale della tibia, con superficie superiore piana, ed un inserto tibiale, alloggiabile sulla superficie superiore, con possibilità di movimento relativo, rispetto alla componente tibiale.L'inserto tibiale presenta superiormente due superfici concave, che sono impegnate dalla due porzioni della componente femorale.
