Abstract

Compressa farmaceutica atta al rilascio in tempi successivi dei principi attivi in essa veicolati preparata mediante: a) preparazione di una compressa costituita da 3 strati sovrapposti dei quali lo strato superiore comprende una sostanza attiva, lo strato intermedio non contiene sostanza attiva e costituisce uno strato barriera e lo strato inferiore comprende una sostanza attiva, detto strato superiore presentando una porzione rilevata sulla faccia superiore, b) rivestimento completo della compressa con un film polimerico impermeabile e c) asportazione di detta porzione rilevata portando così a contatto con l'ambiente la corrispondente superficie della composizione di detto strato superiore.
