Abstract
Sistema e procedimento per realizzare strutture integrali monolitiche, utilizzando strati di rinforzi in fibra, preimpregnati con resine termoindurenti, costituito: dalla base dell'attrezzo (4) che ne imprime la forma, dalla copertura (8) di detto attrezzo, da due supporti laterali (6), i quali, chiusi assieme da tanti sacchi (4) formati da pellicola di nylon, quanti sono i vani da realizzare, da un sacco esterno (16), anch'esso di nylon, che racchiude l'assieme, da tanti elementi di supporto (7) quanti sono i vani da realizzare, da tessuto di ventilazione (17), pellicola (film) separatore in foglio (18), sigillante (15), valvole per l'applicazione del vuoto (14), pellicola (film) separatore tubolare (10), sacchi tubolari (11). L'invenzione comporta una semplificazione nel processo di fabbricazione, trovando vantaggiosa applicazione soprattutto nel campo delle costruzioni aeronautiche, e dovunque siano necessarie strutture di minimo peso, alta efficienza strutturale e miglioramento della qualità.
