Abstract
L'invenzione consiste in un giunto composto da tre elementi in acciaio (due calotte semisferiche tenute insieme da una piastra circolare) assemblate da un perno passante centrale, nel quale convergono i terminali cilindrici, dalla caratteristica forma "a martello", delle aste tubolari che, comunque dirette nello spazio, e collegate tra loro mediante gli stessi giunti, formano strutture reticolari tridimensionali.Il campo di applicazione è la carpenteria posante per la realizzazione di coperture di spazi che richiedono ampie luci con notevoli sovraccarichi.Sia le calotte che la piastra circolare centrale sono dotate all'interno di impronte semi-ovoidali per accogliere i terminali "a martello" delle aste.L'invenzione ha soprattutto il vantaggio, rispetto a sistemi analoghi di sopportare notevolissimi sforzi di trazione e di compressione nelle aste che compongono la struttura, anche di centinaia di tonnellate, grazie alla caratteristica forma a martello dei vari elementi terminali delle aste, che inserendosi nelle piastra di acciaio pieno, sono praticamente impossibilitati a fuoriuscire dal giunto, cosa che accade in sistemi simili. Un altro vantaggio dovuto a questo tipo di sistema, oltre a quello del montaggio effettuato mediante un unico avvitaggio, a quello di aver realizzato una cerniera perfetta ed a quello di poter regolare ed aggiustare la lunghezza delle singole aste, è dovuto al fatto che le due calotte piene permettono la rotazione delle aste dopo il bloccaggio, ciò consente la realizzazione di ogni forma geometrica.The invention consists of a joint consisting of three steel elements (two hemispherical caps held together by a circular plate) assembled by a central through pin, in which the cylindrical terminals, with the characteristic "hammer" shape, of the tubular rods converge. , however directed in space, and connected to each other by means of the same joints, form three-dimensional lattice structures. Another advantage due to this type of system, in addition to that of the assembly carried out by means of a single screwing, that of having created a perfect hinge and that of being able to adjust and adjust the length of the individual rods, is due to the fact that the two full caps allow the rotation of the rods after locking, this allows the realization of any geometric shape.
