Abstract
A metal plate which has a surface with a single layer of chromium hydroxide or a double layer formed by an upper layer of chromium hydroxide and a lower layer of metallic chromium, is laminated with a thermoplastic resin in a double layer formed by an internal layer of polyester resin, directly bound to the surface of the metal plate, and an external layer of polycarbonate resin which is made to adhere to the internal layer of polyester resin by traditional lamination techniques for a film or by an extrusion type lamination.
