Abstract

Il metodo prevede di applicare nella regione osteogengivale del paziente una pluralità di viti endossee 1, dotate di rispettivi cilindri distanziatori 4 tubolari, fissati mediante controviti 8 e recanti avvitate rispettive ghiere 5. Si realizza quindi una barra di collegamento 11 provvisoria, di materiale calcinabile, nella quale restano incorporate le ghiere 5; la barra di collegamento 11 viene poi distaccata dalle viti endossee 1, svitando dette controviti 8, ex si rimuovono i cilindri distanziatori 4 dalle ghiere 5. A partire da un calco della barra 11 di materiale calcinabile, si realizza per fusione una barra di collegamento 12 definitiva, incorporante le ghiere 5 nella posizione originaria di reciproco orientamento.
