Abstract

I menischi (3) hanno la possibilità di scorrere e ruotare entro rispettive scanalature (5) ricavate in un piatto intermedio (6) che si appoggia sul piatto tibiale (9) con l'interposizione di un elemento di inserto (7) presentante una superficie lenticolare convessa (7a) per consentire la possibilità di oscillazioni laterali e mediali dell'articolazione.
