Abstract

Viene descritto un procedimento per la realizzazione di tubi (15) a spessore differenziato per telai (16) di autoveicoli. Il procedimento comprende le seguenti fasi:a) posizionamento di una serie di lamiere metalliche (11,12,13,14), aventi uguale larghezza (1) e spessori diversi (sl,s2,s3,s4), affiancate tra di loro su un comune piano di appoggio (20);b) unione delle lamiere (11,12,13,14) mediante saldatura continua, elettrica o laser, lungo i loro bordi adiacenti per ottenere un'unica lamiera composita e monolitica (10) con spessore (s) variabile;c) ottenimento di un tubo (15) con spessore variabile in modo discreto lungo il proprio asse longitudinale, a partire da detta lamiera composita (10);d) saldatura del tubo (15) ad altre parti componenti il telaio (16) di un autoveicolo.
