Abstract

Affettatrice (1) per prodotti alimentari in blocco affettabili, dotata di un'unità di taglio con motore, lama e relativi organi di azionamento, di trasmissione e di regolazione dello spessore del taglio, che comprende un alloggiamento per una cartuccia (3) cilindrica contenente il prodotto (7) da affettare, tale che l'asse longitudinale della cartuccia (3) sia parallelo a quello della lama e che una prima estremità della stessa sia in prossimità della zona di taglio, mezzi di bloccaggio (9) della cartuccia all'interno di detto alloggiamento e mezzi di pressione (10, 12) applicabili al prodotto (7) dalla parte della seconda estremità della cartuccia (3) per l'avanzamento dello stesso relativamente alla cartuccia (3) in avvicinamento alla zona di taglio. L'invenzione comprende ulteriormente una cartuccia (3) per prodotti alimentari in blocco affettabili avente la forma di un cilindro, provvista di due coperchi (5) asportabili corrispondenti alle basi del cilindro e realizzata in materiale rigido o semirigido, preferibilmente dotata di un elemento a piattello (6) interposto tra uno dei coperchi (5) ed il prodotto alimentare (7) ivi contenuto.
