Abstract
Dispositivo laser per l'impiego come sorgente continua di una radiazione a modo singolo e monocromatica in telecomunicazioni, del tipo comprendente un laser di pompaggio (1) in grado di emettere una radiazione di lunghezza d'onda ?1, una cavità risonante (2) ed uno spezzone di fibra ottica (8).La cavità risonante comprende almeno un primo ed un secondo specchio (6 e 7), ed almeno una porzione di materiale attivo (3, 4; 30) idoneo ad emettere radiazioni a lunghezza d'onda ?2. Il primo specchio (6) è altamente trasparente alla radiazione ?1 ed altamente riflettente alla radiazione ?2 ed il secondo specchio (7) è altamente riflettente alla radiazione ?2. (Figura 1).
