Abstract

Un sistema per lo svuotamento asettico di contenitori flessibili per prodotti alimentari sterili. Il contenitore flessibile è sotto forma di un sacco che è posto all'interno di un contenitore rigido chiuso mediante un coperchio attrezzato con mezzi idonei a comprimere il sacco per fare fuoriuscire il prodotto senza causarne la rottura. Il sacco è provvisto di un bocchello di svuotamento perforabile trattenuto in un'apertura del coperchio o di una parete del fondo del contenitore rigido prevedendo mezzi di perforazione e di collegamento asettico ad un condotto di svuotamento; dopo il collegamento asettico e la perforazione del bocchello, si causa lo, svuotamento asettico del sacco comprimendolo all'interno dello stesso contenitore rigido di supporto.
