Abstract
Un dispositivo per il riscaldamento e la refrigerazione indiretta di sostanze liquide o pastose comprende un contenitore in rapporto di scambio termico con mezzi riscaldanti e refrigeranti i quali sono costituiti da un primo condotto contenente un primo fluido di scambio termico, collegato in un circuito con mezzi per scaldare e far circolare detto primo fluido, nonché uno o più secondi condotti alloggiati nel primo condotto che contengono un secondo fluido di scambio termico e che sono collegati in un circuito a mezzi per raffreddare e far circolare il secondo fluido.(Fig. 1).
