Abstract
Particulate sodium nedocromil with a weight averaged diameter lying between 5 and 10 micrometres is useful as a drug for inhalation. The particulate sodium nedocromil of the present invention is especially advantageous because of its dispersion, that is the proportion of particles which are capable of penetrating deep into the lungs is markedly greater than with the dispersion of conventional powders having a lower weight averaged diameter.
