Abstract
A process is described for the preparation of 1,4-benzo diazepin-2-thiones which consists in the reaction between a compound of formula <IMAGE> in which R is an atom of hydrogen or chlorine, and phosphorus pentasulphide in 1,2-dimethoxyethane.
