Abstract
The present invention concerns a diesel oil filter for diesel engines, said filter comprising an external envelope closed by a cap provided with peripheral inlet holes and with an axial outlet joint for said diesel oil. Said filter is peculiar in that it comprises a tubular element lined with said axial joint, and a filtering, cylindrical hollow cartridge communicating with a space portion under the cap in the area provided with said inlet holes, and with an internal lateral surface distanced from said tubular element, so as to delimit a ring space portion closed by a by pass valve, said valve being regulated to open due incoming diesel oil pressure when said filtering cartridge is occluded, and to open at the bottom on a space portion aimed at containing the diesel oil coming out from the first cartridge that disposes said oil into the tubular element.
