Abstract

Method for cropping and despatch to the cooling plate of pairs of bars/wire in parallel in arrival from split rolling (split rolling B-B') or from independent rolling, of the type comprising at least an apparatus for receipt and stoppage of bars in lengthwise feed for the respective transfer with transverse movement onto a cooling plate, characterised by the fact that the raceway for receipt is split into two bars in parallel feed (B and B'), one in arrival from a line (1') and one coming from the adjacent line (3') and vice-versa (4'-2') (Fig. 2).
