262098/2 TITLE TOILET AND FLUSHING METHOD THEREFOR TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the field of toilets. More particularly, the invention relates to a method and apparatus for flushing thereby.
BACKGROUND Conventional flush toilets are disadvantaged of high wasting of water, required for the flushing. Other toilets require high powered pumps for effectively removing the solid waste contained in the water waste.CN 2520360 discloses a water pump disposed at the bottom of the bowl, thus losing power. CN203222883 discloses external water flow.There is a long felt need to provide a solution to the above-mentioned and other problems of the prior art.
SUMMARY A toilet, including:a bowl including a bottom outlet;a controllable valve; andan axial flow pump. 262098/2 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Embodiments, features, and aspects of the invention are described herein in conjunction with the following drawings: Fig. 1 depicts a flush toilet according to one embodiment of the invention, and the first step of flushing the water.Fig. 2 depicts the flush toilet of Fig. 1 at the second, third and fourth steps of the flushing.Fig. 3 describes the pump.Fig. 4 depicts the pump upon emptying the bowl.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION The invention will be understood from the following detailed description of embodiments of the invention, which are meant to be descriptive and not limiting. For the sake of brevity, some well-known features are not described in detail.
The reference numbers have been used to point out elements in the embodiments described and illustrated herein, in order to facilitate the understanding of the invention. They are meant to be merely illustrative, and not limiting. Also, the foregoing embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated in conjunction with systems and methods thereof, which are meant to be merely illustrative, and not limiting.Fig. 1 depicts a toilet according to one embodiment of the invention, and the first step of flushing the water.
A toilet 10 according to one embodiment of the invention, includes a bowl 12 having a bottom outlet 80, for allowing removing the waste 16 containing other waster, by gravity only. 262098/2 - 4 - Since gravity allows the removal of water waste 16, a valve 14 only, being normally closed 14, is which prevents waste 16 from being removed.
Valve 14 is disposed within a pipe 82 communicating with bottom outlet 80. Thus, as long valve 14 is closed, pipe contains waste 16.At the first step, the user may manually press a button 88, for flushing the water waste 16, or by a phone 96.
Fig. 2 depicts the toilet of Fig. 1 at the second, third and fourth steps of the flushing.At the second step, being induced by the first step, a controller 52, receiving the instruction from button 88. opens valve 14. The opening of valve 14 extends pipe 82.At the third step, being induced by the second step, water waste 16 entirely attaches a pump 84 by the gravtivy, without leaving any air near pump 84.At the fourth step, controller 52 (of Fig. 2) operates pump 84.Fig. 3 describes the pump. 262098/2 The term "axial-flow pump" refers to common type of pump including an axial impeller disposed within a pipe.
The fluid is pushed in a direction parallel to the shaft of the impeller, that is, fluid particles, in course of their flow through the pump, do not change then׳ radial locations. It allows the fluid to enter the impeller axially and discharge the fluid nearly axially. The propeller of an axial flow pump is driven by a motor.Axial flow pumps are advantaged in relative high flow rate, and are disadvantaged in low suction.Pump 84 is an axial flow pump. Thus, it provides a high flow rate thereby swiftly emptying the bowl, while its disadvantage of low suction is ineffective, since the third step, which provided overflow on the pump, has entirely removed the air from the pump.Fig. 4 depicts the pump upon emptying the bowl.It may be noted that once air enters pump 84, pump 84, even though propelling, is ineffective (numeral 68) in flowing water waste 16.Fig. 5 depicts the fifth and sixth steps.At the fifth step, being while pump 84 yet operates, controller 52 opens an opening 90 of the wall or ceiling or floor of the toilet room 58. 262098/2 At the sixth step, being induced by the fifth step, air flows from outside toilet room 58, through opening 90, into bowl 12, through pipe 82 and open valve 14 into the drain 38.
Fig. 6 depicts the pump at the sixth step.Pump 84 as being an axial flow pump, provides a high flow rate thereby, as well for air 66.Fig. 7 depicts the toilet at the seventh and eighth steps.At the seventh step, being after flowing the air into the drain, controller 52 turns pump 84 off and closes valve 14.At the eighth step, controller 52 opens a valve 94 for supplying fresh water 42 to bowl 12.
Fresh water 42 may be pumped from a water storage 32, through a pipe 44.Fig. 8 depicts additional water flushing.
Water may be flushed from nozzles 50 for cleaning the seat and the floor.Fig. 9 depicts additional water flushing.The floor may be flushed from a nozzle 28, being disposed below bowl 12, for entering storage 32.
Thus, in one aspect, the invention is directed to a toilet (10), including: 262098/2 - ר - - a bowl (12) including a bottom outlet (80) being sufficiently large for allowing removing waste (16) therefrom by gravity only;- a controllable valve (14) for normally closing the bottom outlet (80); and- an axial flow pump (84), for flowing the waste (16) from the bottom outlet (80) into a drain (38) upon opening the valve (14),thereby the flowing by the axial flow pump (84) is accompanied by overflowing the axial flow pump (84) with fall of the waste (16) thereinto from the bottom outlet (80) by the gravity,thereby improving the waste removing.
The toilet (10) may further include:- an air opening (90), for allowing the axial flow pump (84) to flow air (66) from the air opening (90), through the valve (14) while being open, into the drain (38),thereby freshening air.
In another aspect, the invention is directed to a toilet flushing method, including the steps of- providing a bowl (12) including a bottom outlet (80) being sufficiently large for allowing removing waste (16) therefrom by gravity only;- opening a valve (14), for removing the waste (16) therefrom by the gravity; and- upon the opening of the valve (14), operating an axial flow pump (84), 262098/2 thereby the axial flow pump (84) flows the waste (16) from the bottom outlet (80) into the drain (38).
The method may further include the step of- upon the removing of the waste (16), flowing air (66), by the axial flow pump (84), through the valve (14) into the drain (38),thereby freshening air.
The method may further include the step of- upon the removing of the waste (16), closing the valve (14), and supplying fresh water into the bowl (12).

Claims (5)
1. A toilet (10), comprising:- a bowl (12) comprising a bottom outlet (80) being sufficiently large for removal of waste (16) therefrom by gravity only:- a horizontal pipe (82) communicating with said bottom outlet (80);- a controllable valve (14) for normally closing said horizontal pipe (82); and- an axial flow pump (84), disposed within said horizontal pipe (82), for flowing said waste (16) along said horizontal pipe (82) into a drain (38) upon opening said valve (14),thereby removing air from said axial flow pump (84) by overflowing thereof with fall of said waste (16) from said bottom outlet (80) by the gravity.
2. A toilet (10) according to claim 1, further comprising:- an air opening (90), for allowing said axial flow pump (84) to flow air (66) from said air opening (90) through said bowl (12), through said pipe (82) while valve (14) is open, into said drain (38),thereby freshening air.
3. A toilet flushing method, comprising the steps of 262098/2 - 12 - - providing a bowl (12) comprising a bottom outlet (80) being sufficiently large for allowing removing waste (16) therefrom by gravity only;- providing a horizontal pipe (82) communicating with said bottom outlet (80);- providing a controllable valve (14) for normally closing said horizontal pipe (82);- disposing an axial flow pump (84) within said horizontal pipe (82);- opening said valve (14), for flowing said waste (16) along said horizontal pipe (82);- upon said opening of said valve (14), operating said axial flow pump (84), for flowing said waste (16) along said horizontal pipe (82) into a drain (38),thereby removing air from said axial flow pump (84) by overflowing thereof with fall of said waste (16) from said bottom outlet (80) by the gravity.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising the step of:- upon said removing of the waste (16), flowing air (66), by said axial flow pump (84), from said air opening (90), through said pipe (82) while valve (14) is open, into said drain (38),thereby freshening air.
5. A method according to claim 3, further comprising the steps of: 262098/2 - 13 - - upon said removing of the waste (16), closing said valve (14), and supplying fresh water into said bowl (12).
