SPECIFICATION
Suspension device for infusion bottles
The invention relates to a suspension device for infusion 5 bottles of 50 to 1,000 ml capacity, which device can be used universally and is intended to replace the known suspension devices which can be used only once.
The object is achieved by means of a suspension device comprising a ring with a guide channel in which a yoke is slideably arranged. The yoke has at one end a suspension arrangement and at the other end a centering ring which is positioned concentric to the ring, and the ring is provided with 2 centering springs arranged parallel to one another.
The yoke can be split, the end of one part being provided with an elongate hole in the direction of the yoke and the other end being provided with an adjusting screw.
The advantages of the suspension device are to be seen essentially in its universal usability. Bottles of 50 to
1,000 ml capacity can as it were be accommodated.
The invention is illustrated in greater detail in the figure with reference to an exemplary embodiment:
A ring 7 is provided with a guide channel 8 in which a yoke 1 slides. For securing the yoke 1, the guide channel
8 is provided with an adjusting screw 9. The yoke has at one end a suspension arrangement (eyelet, hook) 3 and at its other end a centering ring 6 which is positioned concentric to the ring 7. The centering ring 6 receives the neck 11 of the bottle and the ring 7 receives the body 12 of the bottle. The infusion bottle 2 is held and centered in the ring 7 by centering springs 10 and by the centering ring 6. The yoke can be split, and the end of one part can be provided with an elongate hole 4 and the end of the other part with an adjusting screw 5.
