Abstract

The packing box is made from plastic material and consists of a box and a tight fitting lid. The box is rectangular and has a base which is raised in its central portion. The base is covered in rows of rectangular pyramids (22) which are evenly spaced across the base. The inner edges of the container are provided with wedges (20), having the same angles as the pyramids. The sausages are laid in rows in between the pyramids and so cannot move and do not touch one another. The box is shallow so that only one row of sausages is packed. A tight fitting lid closes the packing with the lip (7). [FR2343668A1]
