Abstract
1402997 Mixed herbicides FISONS Ltd 19 Oct 1972 [30 Oct 1971 10 Feb 1972] 50565/71 and 6228/72 Heading A5E A herbicidal composition comprises (A) 3,6- dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid (dicamba) and/ or salt and'or functional derivative thereof. (B) (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) acetic acid (MCPA) and/or salt and/or functional derivative thereof, and (C) 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)propionic acid (mecoprop). and/or salt and/or functional derivative thereof, the proportions of ingredients being such that there are from 16 to 24 parts of (B) per part of (A) and from 32 to 48 parts of (C) per part of (A), all by weight and calculated as acid itself. The compositions find application in combatting weeds in cereal crops. Specification 1058314 is referred to.
