Abstract
Cpds. of general formula (I) and their use as pesticides and plant protection products where R=H, Me, or OMe in the o, m or p posns. Antiparasitic agents; plant protection products esp. fungicides. By reaction of 2-Me-5, 6-dihydropyran -3- carboxylic acid chloride (II) with an opt. substd. aniline in the presence of a mineral or tert. organic base, or of the free acid (III) with opt. substd. phenyl isocyanates at pref. 140-170 deg. (II) is prepd. by reaction of (III) with PCl3 (preferred), PCl5, POCl3 or SOCl2 pref. at 0-30 deg. in a solvent e.g. CCl4, CHCl3, CH2Cl2, benzene etc.
