A box has a detachable compartmented insert 7 adapted to hold a number of ampoules or vials, and a series of vertical ribs 4 on opposite side walls so that when the insert 7 is removed the box can be used for the storage of photographic slides. The bases of the channels formed by the ribs are stepped at 5 to facilitate selection of the slides. [GB944205A]
