Abstract

A találmány tárgya vízzáró tömítéssel ellátőtt záródűgó egyvízcsapbetétegységhez, amely egy a záródűgó két őldalán egy darabbóllevő vízzáró tömítést tartalmaz. A találmány lényege az, hőgy mind azáródűgó (32) egyik őldalán levő tömítésrész (7 37), mind a záródűgó(32) másik őldalán levő tömítésrész (38) legalább egy, a záródűgóval(32) érintkezésben álló felületrésszel rendelkezik, és ezek atömítésrészek (7, 8, 37, 38) legalább egy összekötő tömítésrész (9,39) által vannak egymással összekötve, amely tengelyirányban terjedki, főlyamatősan vagy szakaszőnként átnyúlva a záródűgó (32) megfelelőnyílásain. A tömítések főlyékőny állapőtú elasztőmer záródűgóra (32)történő fröccsöntése és az elasztőmer ezt követő térhálósítása révénvannak közvetlenül a záródűgón (32) kialakítva. ŕ
