Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás alfa-interferon-polipeptid biztosításáraegy páciens számára, amelynek során a páciens kérdéses szövetébe olyanvektort visznek be, amely alfa-interferon-polipeptidet kódolónukleinsavszegmenst tartalmaz, amely nukleinsavszegmens működőképesenkapcsolódik a kérdéses szövetre specifikus promoterhez, és ezáltal apolipeptidet a kérdéses szövetben expresszálják. Az eljárásban azalfa-interferon mennyiségét megnövelik egy páciens kérdésesszövetében, amellyel alfa-interferonra reszponzív rákot, hepatitisztés más olyan állapotot kezelnek, amelyben az IFN-a szövetekben valómennyiségének növelése előnyös.
