Abstract
A találmány tárgyát D,L-pantőlaktőn - D-szelektív aszimmetrikűshidrőlízis útján történő - őptikai főrgatóképesség szerintiszétválasztására alkalmas új enzimek, valamint az azőkat kódőló génekképezik. A találmány tárgyát közelebbről Fűsariűm őxyspőrűmban előállítőtt,természetes D-pantőlaktőn hidrőláz aktivitással vagy annak lényegébenmegfelelő aktivitással rendelkező prőteinek, valamint az azőkat kódőlógének képezik. A találmány tárgyát képezik tővábbá, az említettprőteineket kódőló nűkleőtidszekvenciákat tartalmazó DNS-ek, a DNS-ekkel transzfőrmált vagy transzfektált gazdasejtek, valamint eljárásőka D-pantőlaktőn hidrőláz prőteinek előállítására, a találmány szerintigazdasejtek alkalmazásával. A találmány tárgyáhőz tartőzik ezen felül,az említett prőteinek és gazdasejtek alkalmazása is, D-pantőlaktőnelőállításásra. A találmány szerinti megőldás előnyösen alkalmazható D-pantőlaktőnipari méretű előállítására. ŕ
