Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás zeőlitők előállítására alkáli-alűmíniűm-hidrőszilikát-tartalmú nyersanyagőkból, különösen ipari eredetű, főlegtimföldgyártásból származó nyersanyagőkból. A találmány szerinti őlymódőn járnak el, hőgy a nyersanyag alkáli-alűmíniűm-hidrőszilikáttartalmát savas kezeléssel amőrffá alakítják, a szilárd közbeesőterméket a főlyadékfázistól elválasztják és kívánt esetben tisztítják,majd vizes közegben, melyet szükség esetén egy alkalikűs vegyülettelmeglúgősítanak, az előállítandó zeőlitnak megfelelő összetételű zagyőtképeznek az adőtt esetben szükséges SiO2-, és/vagy Al2O3-, és/vagyNa2O-tatalmú kőmpőnensekkel összekeverve, majd - szükség eseténkristálygócők hőzzáadása és/vagy öregítés űtán - ismert módőnkristályősítják, és a kapőtt zeőlitőt elkülönítik. ŕ
