Abstract
A találmány tárgyát olyan izolált nukleinsav-molekulák, SRT jelölésselellátott nukleinsav-molekulák képezik, amelyek Corynebacteriumglutamicumból származó új SRT-fehérjéket kódolnak. Szintén a találmánytárgyát képezik antiszenz nukleinsav-molekulák, SRT nukleinsav-molekulákat tartalmazó rekombináns expressziós vektorok és olyangazdasejtek, amelyekbe az expressziós vektorokat beépítették. Atalálmány felölel továbbá izolált SRT fehérjéket, mutáns SRTfehérjéket, fúziós fehérjéket, antigén peptideket és eljárásokat egykívánt vegyület javított előállítására C. glutamicumból, e szervezetSRT-génjeinek genetikai átalakítása alapján.
