A találmány tárgya másolóeljárás digitális adatok forrásából (1)származó digitális adat (D) médiumra (4) történő bitről-bitre valómásolásának megakadályozására, amely során a forrásból (1) származódigitális adatot (D) megformázzák egy, a médium (4) által tartalmazottsorozatszám (NS) függvényében, és a formázott adatot (FD) felírják amédiumra (4). Tárgya még a találmánynak másolóeljárás-olvasóberendezés (2) által kiolvasott, és médiumra (4) másolt digitális adatbitről-bitre történő másolásának megakadályozására, ahol a médium (4)sorozatszámot (NS) tartalmaz, és amelynek során: a médiumra (4)rögzített sorozatszámot (NS) elküldik az olvasóberendezésnek (2); asorozatszám (NS) segítségével megformázzák a kiolvasott digitálisadatot(D); és a megformázott digitális adatot (FD) felírják a médiumra(4). Tárgya még a találmánynak olvasóberendezés (2) a másolóeljárásokvégrehajtására, amely azon médium (4), amelyre a digitális adatmásolása történik sorozatszámának (NS) fogadására alkalmas, kimeneténa sorozatszámtól (NS) függő, a médiumra (4) másolandó formázott adatot(FD) létrehozó formázó áramkört (3) tartalmaz.
