Abstract

A találmány tárgyát növények, elsősorban kukorica és cirokfoszfáttranszportjának befolyásolására alkalmas, afoszfáttranszporter-bioszintézisben szerepet játszó nukleinsavak és azáltaluk kódolt proteinek képezik. A találmány tárgyát képezik atalálmány szerinti proteinek antigénhatású fragmensei is. A találmánytárgyát képezik továbbá a találmány tárgyát képező nukleinsavakattartalmazó vektorok, transzformált gazdasejtek és transzgenikusnövények is. A találmány tárgyát képezi a találmány szerintinukleinsavak expressziójának transzgenikus növényekben történőmódosítása is, például a foszfátfelvétel fokozása érdekében. Atalálmány szerinti megoldás alkalmas új, előnyösebb foszfáttranszport-sajátságokkal bíró transzgenikus haszonnövények kifejlesztésére. Ó
