Abstract

A seb váladéka, a nedvességfölöslege ezen könnyen átjutva elnyelődik a közbülső részt képező,abszorbens tulajdonságú hidrokolloid rétegben, és a legfelső, külsőpolimer réteg pórusain át a gőzök eltávozhatnak. Ez a felső, külsőréteg általában poliuretánból vagy poli(tetrafluor-etilén)-ből áll éspórusainak mérete kisebb a sebbel érintkező alsó réteg pórusainakméreténél. A sebkötöző flexibilis, a seb kontúrjait követi. A találmányszerinti sebkötöző a korábbiaknál hosszabb ideig a seben tartható; aseb gyógyulását előnyösen befolyásolja. ÓThe subject of the invention is a wound dressing for dressing wounds in the tissue structure of the human or animal body, which contains a bottom part made of bioabsorbable material, permeable to liquids (permeable), in contact with the wound, and an upper part above it, permeable to vapors, but essentially impermeable to bacteria (impermeable) part, as well as, in some embodiments, an intermediate part consisting of a hydrocolloid material with absorbent properties between the two. The lower part in contact with the wound contains a polymer [mostly poly-(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB)], some polysaccharide, and one or more growth factors, substantially free of volatile solvents. The exudate of the wound and excess moisture easily pass through it and are absorbed in the absorbent hydrocolloid layer that forms the middle part, and vapors can escape through the pores of the uppermost outer polymer layer. This upper, outer layer usually consists of polyurethane or poly(tetrafluoroethylene) and the size of its pores is smaller than the size of the pores of the lower layer in contact with the wound. The wound dressing is flexible and follows the contours of the wound. The raised structure ensures that the wound itself remains sufficiently moist, but excess moisture escapes. The wound dressing according to the invention can be kept in the wound longer than before; has a beneficial effect on wound healing. HE
