Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás porkibocsátó anyag adagolására, melyneksorán az anyagot adagoló berendezés (2a) segítségével tárolótartályból(2) kinyerik és mérőtartályba (42) adagolják, a mérőtartályban (42) azanyagot megmérik, a mérés után leeresztőzsilipbe (50) továbbítják,melynek során legalább a mérőtartályban (50) és a leeresztőzsilipben(50) keletkező port vízlégszivattyú (70) segítségével leszívják, avízlégszivattyúhoz (70) vezetik, és a vízlégszivattyú (70)hajtóvízében kiülepítik. A talámány tárgyához tartozik továbbá aberendezés porkibocsátó anyag, különösen alumíniumpor adagolására,amely az anyagnak tárolótartályból (2) való adagolt kinyerésére ésadott esetben közbenső tartályba való feladására alkalmasadagolóberendezést (2a), az adagolóberendezésből (2a) kikerülő anyagmérésére alkalmas mérőtartályt (42), valamint az anyag mérés utánibefogadására alkalmas leeresztő- berendezést, példáulleeresztőzsilipet (50) tartalmaz, legalább a mérőtartályhoz (42) és aleeresztőzsiliphez (50) por elszívására alkalmas eszközök, különösenaz ezekben keletkező por elszívására alkalmas elszívóvezetékek (66,67)vannak csatlakoztatva, a por elszívására alkalmas eszközökhözporelszívó berendezés van kapcsolva, a porelszívó berendezés pedig apor beszívására és hajtóvízben való kiülepítésére alkalmasvízlégszivattyúval (70) rendelkezik.
