Claims (7)

  1. (Eljárás vízhasznosítás javítására növényekben)
    1. Eljárás vízhasznosítás javítására növényekben, amely eljárás magában foglalja: (a) növények populációjának transzformálását egy ízopentenil-transzferázt kódoló nukleinsav-szekvenciához működőképesen kapcsolt szeneszcencíaűndukáíhaio SARK promófert magában foglaló rekombináns expresszlós kazettával; és (b) egy Javított vízhasznosítással rendelkező növény szelektálását, ahol a SARK promoter (I) a SEQ ID Nö: 1 szekvenclájú prornóterhoz legalább 95% azonossággal rendelkezik, vagy (ií) a SEQ ID Nö: 1 5'-végének BOG bp-jához legalább 95% azonossággal rendelkezik.
  2. 2. Az 1. Igénypont szerinti eijárás, ahol a transzformáció lépését Agrobact&rium alkalmazásával hajtjuk végre.
  3. 3. Az 1. vagy 2. igénypont szerinti eijárás, ahol a SARK promoter Phaseotus vuigarís-ból származik.

Capsicum, Cucumis, Cucurbita, Daucua, Fasiuca, Fiagaria, Glycine, Cossypium, Helianthus, Hail&rocaüis, Hordeum. Hycscamus, Lactuca, Linum, Loli um, Lycpersicon, Malus, Manihot, Majorana, Medicago, Niootiana, Oryza, Panieum, Pannesetum, Persea, Pisum, Pyrus, Prunus, Rapbanns, Smaie, Smecio, Sinapis, Solanum, Sorghum, Trigcmila, Jriticum, Wls, Vigna és Zea nemzetségek egyikéből származik.
