Abstract

A gas burner provided with a plurality of combustion heads and comprising at least one induced air inlet (2) in an air circulation enclosure (1), wherein said enclosure is divided into a number of compartments defined by spaced-apart walls (6a, 6b) extending through part of the vertical direction of the enclosure so that air can flow around and between said walls and into said compartments by passing around the free wall ends. Each compartment has an inverted combustion head (7a, 7b) with a mixing chamber (9a) communicating with said compartment and having a gas inlet (11a, 11b) and a combustion grate (8a, 8b).
