Claims (6)
1. Sustav za informiranje o lokaciji u hitnim slučajevima (10) koji sadrži:
vezu između pružatelja internet servisa, ISP, (24) i mnoštva bežičnih pristupnih točaka, AP-ova, (30A, 30B, 30C), pri čemu je ISP (24) kao pouzdana treća strana izvor koji raspolaže točnom informacijom o poznatoj civilnoj adresi svakog AP-a, (30A, 30B, 30C), pri čemu svaki AP ima oznaku koju je generirao ISP (24) i koji je povezan sa informacijom o poznatoj civilnoj adresi za AP (30A, 30B, 30C) i koji korisnik AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C) ne može modificirati poslije njegovog generiranja,
server (12) za pozicioniranje mobilnih uređaja u hitnim slučajevima, EMP, koji je konfiguriran da komunicira preko javne komutirane telefonske mreže, PSTN, mobilne mreže i mreže sa internet protokolom, IP;
server (14) za bazu podataka servisa za broj za hitne slučajeve, ESN, koji je konfiguriran za čuvanje poznate civilne adrese i povezane oznake AP-ova (30A, 30B, 30C) koje je osigurao ISP (24) preko IP mreže,
pri čemu se oznake mogu iskoristiti za dobivanje, preko unosa iz ESN baze podataka civilne adrese lokacije sa koje potiče poziv za hitne slučajeve;
EMP-AP komponentu (16A, 16B, 16C) konfiguriranu da bude sačuvana u neprenosivom kompjuterski čitljivom mediju i izvršava se na procesoru svake bežične pristupne točke, AP, (30A, 30B, 30C) na poznatim civilnim adresama, pri čemu je EMP-AP komponenta (16A, 16B, 16C) konfigurirana da komunicira informaciju o oznaci sa ISP-om (24) preko IP mreže, informacija o oznaci obuhvaća oznaku povezanu sa poznatom civilnom adresom smještenom u ESN serveru (14) baze podataka, oznaka formira dio radio frekventnog, RF, svjetionik signala koji šalje AP (30A, 30B, 30C), pri čemu je EMP-AP komponentu (16A, 16B, 16C) generirao ISP (24), poslana je AP-u (30A, 30B, 30C) preko IP mreže i smještena je u neprenosivom kompjuterski čitljivom mediju AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C), EMP-AP komponenta (16A, 16B, 16C) sadrži segmente koda za umetanje oznake u svjetionik okvire RF svjetionik signala zajedno sa drugim informacijama svjetionika koje osigurava AP (30A, 30B, 30C); i EMP-OS komponentu (18) konfiguriranu da bude inkorporirana u operativni sustav, OS, i izvršava se na procesoru mobilnog telefona (32) i da nadgleda svjetionik signal AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C) i da čuva oznaku, EMP-OS komponenta (18) je dalje konfigurirana za umetanje oznake u poziv za hitne slučajeve sa mobilnog telefona EMP serveru (12) preko mreže;
dok je EMP server (12) konfiguriran za primanje oznake umetnute u poziv za hitne slučajeve takav da se civilna adresa povezana sa oznakom dobiva iz ESN servera (14) baze podataka.
2. Sustav za informiranje o lokaciji u hitnim slučajevima prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je EMP-OS komponenta (18) dalje konfigurirana za prijenos bar jedne od informacija globalnog sustava za pozicioniranje, GPS-a, potpomognutog GPS-a, AGPS-a i univerzalne identifikacije resursa, URL, EMP serveru (12) preko IP mreže.
3. Sustav za informiranje o lokaciji u hitnim slučajevima prema zahtjevu 2, pri čemu je EMP server (12) dalje konfiguriran za komunikaciju preko IP mreže sa ESN operatorskom stanicom (28).
4. Sustav za informiranje o lokaciji u hitnim slučajevima prema zahtjevu 3, pri čemu je ESN baza podataka (14) dalje konfigurirana za primanje oznake koja osigurava ESN operatorska stanica (28) i da dobije povezanu civilnu adresu.
5. Sustav za informiranje o lokaciji u hitnim slučajevima prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je EMP-OS komponenta (18) dalje konfigurirana za nadzor mnoštva svjetionik signala, čuvanje mnoštva oznaka i ugradnju više mnoštva oznaka u poziv za hitni slučaj.
6. Postupak za informiranje o lokaciji u hitnim slučajevima koji obuhvaća:
generiranje, od strane pružatelja internet usluge, ISP, (24) koji je u komunikaciji sa mnoštvom bežičnih pristupnih točaka, AP-ova, (30A, 30B, 30C), komponente (16A, 16B, 16C) za pozicioniranje mobilnog telefona u hitnim slučajevima, EMP AP, pri čemu je ISP (24) izvor kao pouzdana treća strana koja ima točnu informaciju o civilnoj adresi za svaki AP (30A, 30B, 30C), koji šalje EMP AP komponentu (16A, 16B, 16C) AP-u (30A, 30B, 30C) preko mreže sa internet protokolom, IP,
koji smješta EMP AP komponentu (16A, 16B, 16C) u neprenosivi kompjuterski čitljivi medij AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C),
dobivanje oznake povezane sa civilnim adresama AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C), pri čemu svaki AP (30A, 30B, 30C) ima oznaku generiranu od strane ISP-a (24) koja je povezana sa informacijom o civilnoj adresi AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C) i koji korisnik AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C) ne može modificirati poslije njegovog generiranja,
komuniciranje, između EMP AP komponente (16A, 16B, 16C) i ISP-a (24), informacije o oznaci koja sadrži oznaku povezanu sa civilnom adresom AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C),
osiguravanje, serveru (14) sa bazom podataka servisa brojeva za hitne slučajeve, ESN, oznaka i civilne adrese AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C) od ISP-a (24) preko IP mreže,
smještanje na ESN serveru (14) sa bazom podataka oznaka i civilne adrese AP-a,
umetanje, pomoću EMP AP komponente (16A, 16B, 16C), oznake u svjetionik okvire radio frekventnog, RF, svjetionik signala zajedno sa drugim informacijama svjetionika koje osigurava AP (30A, 30B, 30C) tako da oznaka formira dio RF svjetionik signala koji šalje AP (30A, 30B, 30C),
nadziranje, pomoću komponente (18) EMP operativnog sustava, OS, inkorporirane u OS i koja se izvršava na procesoru mobilnog telefona (32), svjetionik signala AP-a (30A, 30B, 30C) i smještanje oznake,
umetanje, pomoću EMP-OS komponente (18), oznake u poziv za hitne slučajeve koja se upućuje sa mobilnog telefona prema serveru (12) za pozicioniranje mobilnog telefona u hitnim slučajevima, EMP, preko mreže koja obuhvaća bar jednu od: javne komutirane telefonske mreže, PSTN, mobilne mreže i internet protokol, IP, mreže;
primanje, u EMP serveru (12), poziva za hitne slučajeve i ugrađene oznake, tako da civilna adresa povezana sa oznakom može biti preuzeta sa ESN servera (14) sa bazom podataka za određivanje lokacije sa koje poziv za hitne slučajeve potiče.
