Claims (13)
1. Postupak proizvodnje cementnog klinkera, koji se sastoji od koraka:
predgrijavanja sirovog brašna u predgrijaču (12),
kalciniranja predgrijanog sirovog brašna u kalcinatoru (14), spaljivanje predgrijanog i kalciniranog sirovog brašna u peći (16) kako bi se dobilo cementni klinker, pri čemu se u peć (16) dovodi zapaljivi plin, koji sadrži udio kisika, uz određivanje temperature u peći (16), te
hlađenja cementnog klinkera u hladnjaku (18),
naznačen time što
dovođenje kisika u peć (16) se regulira ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16),
pri čemu se određenu temperaturu uspoređuje s ciljanom vrijednošću, a u slučaju odstupanja određene temperature od ciljane vrijednosti dovođenje kisika u peć (16) i/ili u kalcinator (14) se poveća ili smanji, te
pri čemu se ciljanu vrijednost podesi ovisno o raspodjeli veličine čestica i/ili o normi vapna.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu se temperaturu u peći (16) određuje izravno, uz pomoć uređaja za mjerenje temperature (60), ili posredno, uz pomoć parametara postupka, poput osobito sadržaja dušičnog oksida u peći (16), potrošnje energije u peći (16), sadržaja kisika u peći (16), dovođenja goriva u peć (16), vanjske temperature zida peći i/ili dodavanja sirovog brašna u predgrijač (12).
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu dovođenje kisika u peć (16) i u kalcinator (14) se tako podesi da u kalcinatoru (14) i u peći (16) dolazi do nadstehiometrijskog, osobito gotovo stehiometrijskog, izgaranja.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se u peć (16) dovodi gorivo, a dovođenje goriva se regulira ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16).
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu hladnjak (18) ima prostor za rashladni plin (34), kroz kojeg struja rashladnog plina koja hladi rasuti materijal može teći kao poprečna struja, pri čemu prostor za rashladni plin (34) sadrži prvi odjeljak prostora za rashladni plin (36), u kojem je prva struja rashladnog plina (42), i drugi odjeljak prostora za rashladni plin (38), koji se nalazi uz prvi odjeljak prostora za rashladni plin (36) u smjeru transportiranja klinkera, u kojem je druga struja rashladnog plina (46), pri čemu prva struja rashladnog plina (42) tvori zapaljivi plin kojeg se dovodi u peć (16), te pri čemu se dovođenje zapaljivog plina regulira ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16).
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu peć (16) ima više ulaza za zapaljivi plin kroz koje se zapaljivi plin dovodi u peć (16), pri čemu se dovođenje zapaljivog plina u odgovarajuće ulaze za zapaljivi plin u svakom slučaju regulira ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16).
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se određuje količinu goriva koju se dovodi u peć (16) i kalcinator (14), udio dušičnih oksida u plinu izgaranja iz peći, udio kisika u plinu izgaranja iz peći, količinu sirovog brašna dodana u predgrijač, a dovođenje kisika u peć (16) i/ili u kalcinator (14) se regulira ovisno o najmanje jednoj od određenih vrijednosti.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se određivanje temperature u peći (16) i/ili ulaz za materijal (25) u peć (16) sastoji u određivanju temperature plinovite faze, unutarnje površine zida i/ili klinkera u zoni sinteriranja (32), te pri čemu se temperaturu određuje beskontaktno.
9. Postrojenje za proizvodnju cementa (10), koje ima
- predgrijač (12), namijenjen predgrijavanju sirovog brašna,
- kalcinator (14), namijenjen kalciniranju predgrijanog sirovog brašna,
- peć (16), namijenjenu spaljivanju sirovog brašna kako bi se dobilo cementni klinker, pri čemu peć (16) ima uređaj za mjerenje temperature (60), namijenjen određivanju temperature u peći (16), i ulaz za zapaljivi plin, namijenjen dovođenju zapaljivog plina, koji sadrži udio kisika, u peć (16), te
- hladnjak (18), namijenjen hlađenju cementnog klinkera,
naznačen time što
postrojenje za proizvodnju cementa ima uređaj za upravljanje (62), koji je spojen s uređajem za mjerenje temperature, i ulaz za zapaljivi plin, te je tako dizajniran da upravlja dovođenjem kisika u peć (16) ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16),
pri čemu je uređaj za upravljanje (62) tako dizajniran da uspoređuje određenu temperaturu u peći (16) s ciljanom vrijednošću, a u slučaju odstupanja određene temperature od ciljane vrijednosti povećava ili smanjuje dovođenje kisika u peć (16) i/ili u kalcinator (14), te pri čemu se ciljanu vrijednost podesi ovisno o raspodjeli veličine čestica i/ili o normi vapna.
10. Postrojenje za proizvodnju cementa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, pri čemu predgrijač (12) ima uređaj za mjerenje kisika, spojen s uređajem za upravljanje (62), namijenjen određivanju sadržaja kisika u plinu koji teče kroz predgrijač (12), te pri čemu je uređaj za upravljanje (62) tako dizajniran da upravlja dovođenjem kisika u kalcinator (14) i peć (16) na takav način da u peći (16) i kalcinatoru (14) dolazi do stehiometrijskog ili nadstehiometrijskog izgaranja.
11. Postrojenje za proizvodnju cementa u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 i 10, pri čemu svako od kalcinatora (14) i peći (16) ima sredstvo za dovođenje goriva u svakog od peći (16) i kalcinatora (14), te pri čemu je uređaj za upravljanje (62) spojen sa sredstvom, te je tako dizajniran da upravlja dovođenjem goriva u kalcinator (14) i/ili peć (16), ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16).
12. Postrojenje za proizvodnju cementa u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11, pri čemu peć (16) ima više ulaza za zapaljivi plin kroz koje se zapaljivi plin dovodi u peć (16), pri čemu je uređaj za upravljanje (62) tako dizajniran da upravlja dovođenjem zapaljivog plina u odgovarajuće ulaze za zapaljivi plin, u svakom slučaju ovisno o određenoj temperaturi u peći (16).
13. Postrojenje za proizvodnju cementa u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 12, pri čemu je uređaj za mjerenje temperature dizajniran za provođenje beskontaktnog mjerenja temperature unutarnje površine zida peći i/ili klinkera u zoni sinteriranja.
