Claims (9)
1. Kombinirani uređaj za elektropredenje i mikroekstruziju, koji sadrži
robotski manipulator (10) opremljen s više stupnjeva slobode,
krajnji efektor (20) kojeg podržava i pomiče robotski manipulator (10),
više ekstrudera (30) smještenih na krajnjem efektoru (20), pri čemu svaki od navedenih ekstrudera ima izmjenjivu mlaznicu (31) za ekstruziju najmanje jednog materijala,
radna ravnina (40) konfigurirana za taloženje ekstrudiranog materijala,
pneumatski krug (120) konfiguriran za dovod protoka tekućine u ekstrudere (30) za kontrolu ekstruzije materijala, i
električni generator (50) koji se može selektivno aktivirati za primjenu razlike potencijala između mlaznica (31) ekstrudera (30) i radne ravnine (40), pri čemu ekstruderi (30) mogu selektivno raditi u načinu mikroekstruzije s neaktivnim električnim generatorom ili u načinu elektropredenja s aktivnim električnim generatorom, na neovisan način jednih prema drugima.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što svaki od ekstrudera (30) sadrži spremnik (32) za materijal, navedeni spremnik se može ukloniti na krajnji efektor (20) i nosi odgovarajuću mlaznicu (31).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se svaki spremnik može montirati na donju stranu krajnjeg efektora (20), pri čemu je odgovarajući konektor (30c) predviđen na gornjoj strani krajnjeg efektora (20) za stavljanje spremnika (32) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s pneumatskim krugom (120).
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži izolacijsku strukturu (13) izrađenu od nevodljivog materijala konfiguriranu za prihvat manipulatora (10) i radne ravnine (40), kontroler (80) za upravljanje robotskim manipulatorom (10), pneumatski krug (120) i električni generator (50), te sustav za vizualizaciju (13b) koji omogućava da manipulator (10) i radna ravnina (40) budu vidljivi izvana vanjske izolacijske strukture (13).
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je kontroler (80) konfiguriran za podešavanje potencijalne razlike koju primjenjuje generator (50) između mlaznica (32) i radne ravnine (40).
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 4 ili 5, naznačen time što je kontroler (80) konfiguriran da modulira tlak tekućine koji se primjenjuje na ekstrudere (30).
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time što je kontroler (80) dodatno konfiguriran za podešavanje parametara vlažnosti i temperature unutar izolacijske strukture (13).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 7, nadalje sadrži recirkulacijski sustav (13e) za uklanjanje para zbog otapala korištenih u uporabi uređaja iz izolacijske strukture (13).
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 8, naznačen time što je kontroler (80) dodatno konfiguriran da zaustavi uređaj u slučaju operativnih anomalija.
