Claims (9)
1. Pripravak koji sadrži
(a) 5-aminolevulinsku kiselinu (5-ALA) ili njenu kiselu adicijsku sol;
(b) vitamin D3; i
(c) UVA i / ili UVB zaštitno sredstvo,
pri čemu je navedena 5-ALA ili njezina kisela adicijska sol prisutna u količini od 0.1 do 2.0 tež.% pripravka, i pri čemu je navedeni vitamin D3 prisutan u količini od 0.0001 do 0.005 tež.% pripravka.
2. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedena 5-ALA ili njezina kisela adicijska sol prisutna u količini od 0.1 do 1.0 tež.% pripravka.
3. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je navedena 5-ALA ili njezina kisela adicijska sol prisutna u količini od 0.1 do 0.5 tež.% pripravka.
4. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedena 5-ALA ili njezina kisela adicijska sol prisutna u količini od 1 do 2 tež.% pripravka.
5. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedena 5-ALA kisela adicijska sol hidrokloridna sol 5-aminolevulinske kiseline (ALA-HCl).
6. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni pripravak je pripravak za zaštitu od sunca i sadrži jedno ili više sredstava za kožnu zaštitu, konzervanse, pojačivače prodiranja kože, zgušnjivače, sredstava za modificiranje viskoznosti, gelirajuća sredstava, sredstava za odvajanje, sredstava za podešavanje pH, voskove , sredstva za sušenje, sredstva protiv svrbeži, sredstva protiv pjenjenja, pufere, sredstva za neutraliziranje, sredstva za bojenje, sredstva za promjenu boje, emulgatore, stabilizatore emulzije, mirise, antioksidante, razrjeđivače, nosače i / ili potisna goriva.
7. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se koristi u liječenju ili prevenciji aktinske keratoze.
8. Pripravak za uporabu prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je navedena 5-ALA ili njezina kisela adicijska sol prisutna u količini od 0.1 do 1.0 tež.% pripravka.
9. Pripravak za uporabu prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je navedena 5-ALA ili njezina kisela adicijska sol prisutna u količini od 0.1 do 0.5 mas.% pripravka.
