Claims (20)
1. Naprava za držanje (10) za pričvršćivanje - naročito, za stezanje - ravnog modula (20) na najmanje jedan nosač (30) koji ima:
- dio glave (12) konfiguriran za interakciju s ravnim modulom (20);
- dio podnožja (16) konfiguriran za interakciju s nosačem (30);
- spojni element (19) pomoću kojeg se dio glave (12) može spojiti na dio podnožja (16), pri čemu se dio glave (12) može pomicati, u odnosu na dio podnožja (16), duž okomite osi (H) naprave za držanje (10) pomoću spojnog elementa (19);
pri čemu se dio glave (12), u odnosu na dio podnožja (16) može postaviti u najmanje dva kutna položaja koji su uvijeni jedan prema drugom oko okomite osi (H) pod odgovarajućim unaprijed određenim kutom uvijanja naznačena time što je
kut uvijanja između najmanje dva od najmanje dva kutna položaja, koji se mogu međusobno uvijati, redom, u rasponu od 90 stupnjeva ili u rasponu od 270 stupnjeva.
2. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je ravni modul (20) uokvirena solarna ploča i/ili nosač (30) je profilna šina.
3. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je naprava za držanje (10) konfigurirana za pričvršćivanje ili jednog ravnog modula (20) ili dva ravna modula (20) na nosaču (30) u odgovarajućem kutnom položaju.
4. Naprava za držanje (10) prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što kutovi uvijanja između najmanje dva kutna položaja koji se uvijaju jedna prema drugom iznose 90 stupnjeva ili 270 stupnjeva.
5. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, 2, 3 ili 4, naznačena time što dio glave (12) ima nosivi obraz (12a) koji se u osnovi proteže u smjeru okomite osi (H).
6. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time što nosivi obraz (12a) ima širinu (b2) koja je manja od širine (b1) dijela glave (12) u odgovarajućem smjeru, naročito najviše 2/3 širine dijela glave (12), poželjno približno polovicu širine dijela glave (12).
7. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačena time što je nosivi obraz (12a) izveden u jednom dijelu zajedno s pločicom (13) dijela glave (12), pri čemu se pločica (13) proteže u osnovi pravokutno na okomitu os (H) naprave za držanje (10).
8. Naprava za držanje (10) prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačena time što nosivi obraz (12a) ima preklop (12ab.1), koji se proteže najmanje približno pravokutno na okomitu os (H) i koji ima otvor (12ab.2), kroz koji se može provući spojni element (19).
9. Naprava za držanje (10) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što dio glave (12) ima tri kontaktna dijela (14a, 14b, 15) - naročito kontaktne rubove - koji su svaki konfigurirani za naslanjanje na ravni modul (20) – naročito na dio okvira odgovarajućeg ravnog modula (20).
10. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što su predviđena tri kontaktna dijela (14a, 14b i 15), redom, na jednom rubnom dijelu dijela glave (12) i nosivi obraz (12a) strši iz drugog rubnog dijela glave (12).
11. Naprava za držanje (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što su tri kontaktna dijela (14a, 14b, 15) oblikovani pomoću pločice (13) dijela glave (12), pri čemu pločica (13) u području kontaktnih dijelova (14a, 14b, 15) poželjno ima zakrivljenost (13a) koja upućuje na dio podnožja (16).
12. Naprava za držanje (10) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što tri kontaktna dijela (14a, 14b, 15) redom imaju najmanje jedan izbočeni element na donjoj strani i/ili da dio podnožja (16) ima zahvatni dio s barem izbočenim elementom, pri čemu su dio glave (12) i/ili dio podnožja (16) izvedeni od električno provodljivog materijala.
13. Naprava za držanje (10) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su dio glave (12) i/ili dio podnožja (16) oblikovani kao savijeni dio - poželjno, utisnuti i savijeni dio.
14. Naprava za držanje (10) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što dio podnožja (16) ima dva kraka (17a, 17b) koji su, najmanje u dijelovima, međusobno elastično pomični.
15. Naprava za držanje (10) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što dio podnožja (16) ima površinu za vođenje (17a.1, 17b.1) i/ili odgovarajuću kontaktnu površinu (16a, 16b) za podupiranje nosivog obraza (12a), na koju se površinu nosivi obraz (12a) može montirati i/ili pomaknuti pod unaprijed određenim kutom uvijanja u odnosu na dio podnožja (16).
16. Sustav (1) s najmanje jednim ravnim modulom (20), najmanje jednim nosačem (30) i najmanje jednom napravom za držanje (10) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
17. Sustav (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan ravni modul (20) uokvirena solarna ploča i/ili najmanje jedan nosač (30) je profilna šina.
18. Sustav (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačen time što je naprava za držanje (10) spojena na najmanje jedan ravni modul (20) i nosač (30) pomoću dijela podnožja (16) naprave za držanje (10) koji je pozitivno zahvaćen u nosaču (30) i time je poželjno podložan vuči, a dio glave (12) se naslanja na najmanje jedan ravni modul (20) - poželjno, s najmanje dva kontaktna dijela (14a, 14b, 15) - i koji su, po mogućnosti, uglavnom izloženi naprezanju zbog savijanja.
19. Sustav (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, 17 ili 18, naznačen time što nosač (30) ima najmanje jedan izbočeni, naročito unutarnji rubni dio (32) u koji se može pozitivno uključiti zahvaćajući dio (17.1, 17.2) dijela podnožja (16) naprave za držanje (10).
20. Sustav (1) prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 19, naznačen time što naprava za držanje (10) ima tri kontaktna dijela (14a, 14b, 15), od kojih se najmanje dva naslanjaju na odgovarajući ravni modul (20).
