Claims (14)
1. Brojilo električne energije (1), koje sadrži:
brojačku jedinicu (2), koja određuje potrošnju električne energije;
komunikacijsku jedinicu (3), koja komunicira podatkovnim signalima u komunikacijskom pojasu energetskim kablovljem; i
jedinicu za obradu, koja upravlja brojačkom jedinicom (2) i komunikacijom jedinicom (3);
gdje je komunikacijska jedinica (3) konfigurirana za prilagođavanje komunikacijskog pojasa komunikacijskom okolišu;
naznačeno time što
komunikacijska jedinica (3) sadrži jedinicu za obradu signala, sklopka (12) je spojena s jedinicom za obradu signala (11), te upravljačkim modulom (13), koji upravlja sklopkom (12);
gdje jedinica za obradu signala (11) ima najmanje dva načina rada ovisno o stanju sklopke (12), kojom upravlja upravljački modul (13);
u prvom načinu rada jedinica za obradu signala (11) odabire električne signale iz prvog frekvencijskog pojasa i spaja odabrane električne signale s energetskim kablovljem;
u drugom načinu rada jedinica za obradu signala (11) odabire električne signale iz drugog frekvencijskog pojasa i spaja odabrane električne signale s energetskim kablovljem;
gdje je upravljački modul (13) konfiguriran za generiranje upravljačkog signala (36), koji upravlja sklopkom (12) na osnovi konfiguracijskog signala (35), te gdje se konfiguracijski signal (35) generira dinamički.
2. Brojilo električne energije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačeno time što
više frekvencijskih pojaseva je dodijeljeno kao komunikacijski pojasevi namijenjeni komunikaciji energetskim kablovljem, gdje je komunikacijska jedinica (3) konfigurirana za preklapanje iz jednog od dodijeljenih frekvencijskih pojaseva u drugi dodijeljeni frekvencijski pojas, ovisno o komunikacijskom okolišu.
3. Brojilo električne energije u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačeno time što
u prvom načinu rada, jedinica za obradu signala (11) čini pojasnopropusni filtar, koji propušta električne signale u prvom frekvencijskom pojasu; i
u drugom načinu rada, jedinica za obradu signala čini visokopropusni filtar, koji propušta električne signale u drugom frekvencijskom pojasu.
4. Brojilo električne energije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeno time što
prvi frekvencijski pojas i drugi frekvencijski pojas su jedan od dodijeljenih frekvencijskih pojaseva za komunikaciju energetskim kablovljem.
5. Brojilo električne energije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeno time što
inicijacijski signal (37) pokreće konfiguracijski signal (35), gdje se inicijacijski signal šalje energetskim kablovljem (5) ili radio komunikacijskim kanalom.
6. Brojilo električne energije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeno time što
sklopka (12) je relej, po mogućnosti optoizolirani relej.
7. Brojilo električne energije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeno time što
jedinica za obradu signala (11) sadrži prvi otpornik (23), prvi kondenzator (21), drugi kondenzator (22) i prvi induktor (25), gdje su prvi kondenzator (21), drugi kondenzator (22), te prvi induktor (25) spojeni u seriju s prvim induktorom (25), koji se nalazi između prvog kondenzatora (21) i drugog kondenzatora (22), gdje je prvi otpornik (23) spojen paralelno s prvim induktorom (25).
8. Adaptorski modul (10) za brojilo električne energije (1), naznačen time što sadrži:
jedinicu za obradu signala (11);
sklopku (12), spojenu s jedinicom za obradu signala (11); i
upravljački modul (13), koji upravlja sklopkom (12);
gdje jedinica za obradu signala (11) ima najmanje dva načina rada ovisno o stanju sklopke (12), čime upravlja upravljački modul (13);
gdje u prvom načinu rada jedinica za obradu signala (11) odabire električne signale iz prvog frekvencijskog pojasa i spaja odabrane električne signale s energetskim kablovljem;
gdje u drugom načinu rada jedinica za obradu signala (11) odabire električne signale iz drugog frekvencijskog pojasa i spaja odabrane električne signale s energetskim kablovljem;
gdje je upravljački modul (13) konfiguriran za generiranje upravljačkog signala (36), koji upravlja sklopkom (12) na osnovi konfiguracijskog signala (35); i
gdje se konfiguracijski signal (35) generira dinamički.
9. Adaptorski modul u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što
više frekvencijskih pojaseva je dodijeljeno kao komunikacijski pojasevi namijenjeni komunikaciji energetskim kablovljem, gdje je komunikacijska jedinica (3) konfigurirana za preklapanje iz jednog od dodijeljenih frekvencijskih pojaseva u drugi dodijeljeni frekvencijski pojas, ovisno o komunikacijskom okolišu.
10. Adaptorski modul (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili 9, naznačen time što
u prvom načinu rada, jedinica za obradu signala (11) čini pojasnopropusni filtar, koji propušta električne signale u prvom frekvencijskom pojasu; i
u drugom načinu rada, jedinica za obradu signala čini visokopropusni filtar, koji propušta električne signale u drugom frekvencijskom pojasu.
11. Adaptorski modul (10) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 10, naznačen time što
prvi frekvencijski pojas i drugi frekvencijski pojas su jedan od dodijeljenih frekvencijskih pojaseva za komunikaciju energetskim kablovljem.
12. Adaptorski modul u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 11, naznačen time što
inicijacijski signal (37) pokreće konfiguracijski signal (35), gdje se inicijacijski signal šalje energetskim kablovljem (5) ili radio komunikacijskim kanalom.
13. Adaptorski modul u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 12, naznačen time što
sklopka (12) je relej, po mogućnosti optoizolirani relej.
14. Adaptorski modul u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 13, naznačen time što
jedinica za obradu signala (11) sadrži prvi otpornik (23), prvi kondenzator (21), drugi kondenzator (22) i prvi induktor (25), gdje su prvi kondenzator (21), drugi kondenzator (22), te prvi induktor (25) spojeni u seriju s prvim induktorom (25), koji se nalazi između prvog kondenzatora (21) i drugog kondenzatora (22), gdje je prvi otpornik (23) spojen paralelno s prvim induktorom (25).
