Claims (10)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda koji sadrži korake:
potpune ili djelomične impregnacije supstrata sa kompozicijom stabilizatora pri čemu supstrat sadrži komade mesa, peradi, ribe, povrća, voća ili mliječnih proizvoda;
pri čemu kompozicija stabilizatora sadrži vodu i prema suhoj težini:
Celulozna guma 5-25%
Modificirani škrob 16-50%
Komponenta za zgušnjavanje 32-79%
pri čemu su postotci sastojaka izabrani iz opsega navedenih do ukupno 100%;
i
izborne dodatne sastojke i
oblaganja impregniranog supstrata kompozicijom vodenog omotača koja sadrži 0.1 do 5% smjese koja sadrži prema suhoj težini:
celulozna guma 15-35%
modicirani škrob 15-50%
hidrokoloid 20-30%
proteinska komponenta 10-20%
pri čemu su postotci sastojaka izabrani iz opsega navedenih do ukupno 100%.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je količina modificiranog škroba u kompoziciji stabilizatora 16 do 35% prema suhoj težini.
3. Postupak prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je količina modificiranog škroba u kompoziciji za oblaganje 15 do 50% prema suhoj težini.
4. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što komponenta za zgušnjavanje sadrži kao postotak prema suhoj težini kompozicije stabilizatora, jedan ili više od slijedećih:
Polidekstroza 30-55%
Proteinska komponenta 1-20%; i
Hidrokoloid 1-10%.
5. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je proteinska komponenta izabrana iz grupe koju čine: albumen jajeta, protein surutke, proteinski izolat i njihove smjese.
6. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je hidrokoloid izabran iz grupe koju čine: ksantan guma, karaginan guma, guar guma i njihove smjese.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što kompozicija stabilizatora sadrži kao postotke prema suhoj težini kompozicije stabilizatora:
celulozna guma 5-25%
modificirani škrob 16-35%
Polidekstroza 30-55%
hidrokoloid 1-10%
albumen jajeta 1-20%
8. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što kompozicija stabilizatora sadrži:

9. Postupak za proizvodnju prehrambenog proizvoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što kompozicija stabilizatora sadrži:
