Abstract
Postupak proizvodnje čeličnih šipki koje se režu u određenoj dužini prema narudžbi kupca, taj postupak obuhvaća korake: proizvodnja čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine iz valjaonice, rezanje te čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine u dijelove, svaki dio predstavlja višekratnik dužine šipke iz narudžbe kupca, rezanje dijelova u hladnim škarama u istoj pogonskoj liniji, prvo na dvostruku dužinu šipke iz narudžbe kupca, a zatim na pola na dužinu koja je jednaka dužini šipke koju je naručio kupac uz održavanje proizvodnje čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine koju proizvodi valjaonica, ispajanje šipki dužine koju je naručio kupac u snopove za puštanje iz pogona. Patent sadrži još 8 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (9)
1. Postupak proizvodnje čeličnih šipki koje se režu u određenoj dužini prema narudžbi kupca, taj postupak obuhvaća korake:
proizvodnja čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine iz valjaonice,
rezanje te čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine u dijelove, svaki dio predstavlja višekratnik dužine šipke iz narudžbe kupca,
rezanje dijelova u hladnim škarama u istoj pogonskoj liniji, prvo na dvostruku dužinu šipke iz narudžbe kupca, a zatim na pola na dužinu koja je jednaka dužini šipke koju je naručio kupac uz održavanje proizvodnje čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine koju proizvodi valjaonica, i
spajanje šipki dužine koju je naručio kupac u snopove za puštanje iz pogona.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje kada kupac promijeni dužinu šipki, mijenja se dužina dijelova koji se razmještaju u odnosu na hladne škare radi proizvodnje šipki u dužini koja odgovara izmijenjenoj dužini prema narudžbi kupca.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, gdje središnja procesorska jedinica (CPU) kontrolira rezanje čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine letećim škarama i rezanje šipke hladnim škarama u istoj pogonskoj liniji.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, obuhvaća prilagođavanje položaja dijelova u odnosu na hladne škare radi rezanja dijelova na željenu dužinu kao odgovor na signal iz CPU.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, gdje se slaganje čeličnih šipki u snopove odvija istovremeno u tri linijska uređaja za slaganje u snopove, od kojih je jedan stacionaran, a ostala dva se pomiču u položaj u kao odgovor na signal iz CPU.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, gdje hladne škare imaju zaustavljače odgovarajućih pomičnih mjerila, CPU proizvodi signal kako bi se ti zaustavljači pomaknuli u položaj u kojem će hladne škare rezati dijelove na dužinu prema želji iz narudžbe kupca.
7. Uređaj za proizvodnju čeličnih šipki koje se režu na dužinu u odgovoru na narudžbu kupca, taj uređaj obuhvaća:
valjaonicu za proizvodnju čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine;
leteće škare na izlazu valjaonice;
CPU spojen na leteće škare za rezanje čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine na dužine od kojih svaka predstavlja višekratnik dužine šipke koju je naručio kupac;
dvoje hladne škare u liniji u koje kontinuirano ulaze gore spomenute dužine,
te hladne škare imaju odgovarajuća prilagodljiva pomična mjerila,
te hladne škare i pomična mjerila su spojeni na CPU koji ih pomiče i upravlja hladnim škarama tako da jedne hladne škare režu te dužine u komade čija je dužina dvostruka u odnosu na naručenu dužinu šipki, a druge hladne škare režu izrezane komade na pola da se dobiju šipke u dužini koju je naručio kupac,
tim hladnim škarama se upravlja u vrijeme proizvodnje čelične šipke kontinuirane dužine, i
jedinicu za slaganje u snopove koja je smješten tako da prima izrezane šipke iz hladnih škara i slaže u snopove te šipke dužine prema narudžbi kupca.
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, gdje jedinica za slaganje u snopove ima tri linijska uređaja za slaganje u snopove, od kojih su prvi i treći pomoćni, a drugi je stacionaran.
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 8, gdje su prvi i treći uređaj za slaganje u snopove spojeni na CPU kako bi se mogli pomicati u odgovoru na promjenu dužine šipki prema narudžbi kupca.
