Abstract

Protupožarna zaklopka kao tehničko rješenje prema izumu zasniva se na posebno koncipiranoj novoj izvedbi koja se sastoji se u tome da su svi sastavni dijelovi sklopa, kojim se ostvaruje kućište protupožarne zaklopke, objedinjeni u jedan dio koji se izvodi iz trake lima dostatne širine za određenu veličinu zaklopke pri čemu se postupkom savijanja formira profilirani dio kao i prirubnica (4.12). U okviru istog proizvodnog procesa, postupkom izrezivanja izvode se perforacije, (4.9) na širini pojasa lima za postizanje radikalno reduciranog toplinskog prijenosa između dvaju segmenata kućišta u aksijalnom smjeru kao i spojni "češljevi" (4.5) za spajanje u kutovima lima formiranog u kućišta zaklopke, sa jednostrukim (4.7) i dvostrukim (4.8) izdancima "češlja", te konačno i prorezi (4.15) na bočnom rubu lima širine prirubnice. Postupkom izrezivanja izvode se i otvori (4.10) pripadajućih veličina za otvore za prolaz osovine lamele zaklopke, otvori (4.11) za spajanje dvaju limova formiranog kućišta zaklopke, otvori (4.16) za pričvršćenje pogona zaklopke te otvori (4.17) za pričvršćenje temperaturnog senzora. Nakon što su provedeni naprijed navedeni postupci savijanja i prosijecanja lima provodi se savijanje tako obrađenog lima po pregibnim linijama (4.6): X-X, Y-Y, Z-Z i W-W čime se formira lim u kućište zaklopke te konačno spajanje zakovicama (4.11) dvaju preklopljenih limova sa već izvedenim otvorima. Rješavanje tehničkog problema prema izumu, obuhvaća i spajanje stranica kućišta po sistemu "češlja" u rubovima pojasa (4.9) lima s reduciranim toplinskim prijenosom, što se provodi savijanjem uz stijenku formiranog kućišta zaklopke kako jednostrukih (7.1) tako i dvostrukih (7.2) izdanka "češlja" u međusobnom u zahvatu. Od posebnog je značaja tehničko rješenje polužja (6.3) iz dva dijela koje je smješteno s vanjske strane na stijenku kućišta, a kojim se osovina motorskog pogona (6.1) polužni mehanizam (6.3) povezuje s osovinom (6.2) lamele zaklopke.The fire damper as a technical solution according to the invention is based on a specially designed new design, which consists in the fact that all components of the assembly, which makes the fire damper housing, are united into one part made of sheet metal of sufficient width for a certain size of the damper whereby the bending process forms the profiled part as well as the flange (4.12). After the above bending and sheet metal cutting operations have been carried out, bending the sheet thus machined along the bending lines (4.6): XX, YY, ZZ and WW, forming the sheet into the flap housing and finally joining the rivets (4.11) of the two folded sheets with already openings. The solution of a technical problem according to the invention also includes joining the sides of the housing according to the "comb" system in the edges of the belt (4.9) of the sheet with reduced heat transfer, which is performed by bending along the wall of the formed flap housing of both single (7.1) and double (7.2) projections " comb "in each other in the grip. Of particular importance is the technical solution of the lever (6.3) from two parts, which is located externally on the housing wall, by which the motor drive shaft (6.1) connects the lever mechanism (6.3) to the shaft (6.2) of the damper blade.
